On Sunday February 18th I purchased 2 burgers from the Nandos outlet in Lakeside mall. I got a really dry bun, hardly any sauce in my burger, a thick slice of pineapple and a fat piece of chicken that could not be held together by the bun. Looked very sloppy and tasted horrid! Nandos quality is dropping rapidly! I had to open up the burger, add my own ingredients and sauce as well as re slice the chicken so it was edible. Could have made a better tasting home made burger
I have previously noticed the flavoring of Nandos has changed as well, a "mild" tastes like hot and lemon and herb has absolutely no flavor
Really disappointed this is not the quality of food I am used to from Nandos
