I ordered a Dinner Meal for delivery, yesterday (14th Feb). After the driver left, i opened my food and to my surprise there were 2 scrawny pieces of chicken in the box. Firstly it was unacceptably small and secondly a dinner meal suppose to have 3 PIECES OF CHICKEN NOT 2!!!
I immediately called the Longmarket street branch were the order came from (0333422777), the person that answered profusely apologised and assured me that my replacement and missing part of my meal would be sent within an hour! NOTHING CAME!
I called again this morning to order again:( a person by the name of Nivesh took my order, i explained to him what transpired the day before and again apologised and assured me that i would get what i paid for yesterday and my todays order.
The delivery came. I opened my food and again there was NOTHING from the previous order! Again i called Nivesh, and he just passed the buck on to the staff without giving a dam that i still haven't received what i paid for!!! THIS IS A RIP OFF! I NEVER EXPECTED CHICKEN LICKEN TO ROB PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!
