3 weeks ago I wrote a complaint to Mugg and Bean Newcastle as they have not paid out my customer liability claim since September 2012. since my compliant I have been called by 2 males who said they were from the regional office and that Sue herself would be in touch with me, which, she hasn't done. Now it seems to me that Sue has never submitted my claim to her insurance and never intended to settle my account. This is puzzling to me as she was the one who insisted on the day that I had to claim as her shop was covered by some customer liability insurance. Now, I need to know from Mugg and Bean head office what needs to be done. This woman abviously does not care (not that I expect her to), but I still want my money!
