Yesterday afternoon we had some Kentucky me and my mother had the fully loaded box meal. when we received it the chips tasted old. The one patty didn't even look like a Kentucky everything tasted horrible. When i open the bag to have my piece of chicken that fowl stench hit my right in the face. I phoned customer service they helped and give me reference number then the polokwane branches started phoning now I have to run like a mad person after them first, they wanted the food back and so I did it this morning 07/02/2014 The said I must come and see them at their offices cause theirs nothing wrong with the food is wrong with them??? I'm not going to run after there stinking chicken. I do not wish for Kentucky to phone me again your useless and disgusting.
