Im really discusted with the attiude and service i recieved at debonairs phoenix . i phoned in and purchased a real deal pizza with bafflo wings to the value of R49.70.
i was then told by a female lady that the order cant be done for delivery because it must be over the value of 60 rand, i then requested to speak to the manager (by the name of nishaan or nichal, not sure the correct spelling) bacause i purchased the same ting 2 days ago and the order was done and delivered, the manager then spoke to me and he confirmed in which he told me the value for the order must be 50 rand and not 60 rand...
he then informed me the order cant be done because its short of 30 cent, i then insisted il will give the delivery driver 50 rand so the order can be done, i was shocked and discusted with his reponse he responded by telling "im done doing favours for ur customers", "u can report me to the regional manager ""and lastly he said "dont think ur customers are always right"... i must honestly state that i have always eaten and enjoyed deboniars but honestly after todays ordeal i am really gona think twice.
