On the 4th of Feb I drove past the KFC in Sunninghill after a late day at the office. I ordered a KFC streetwise 2 with Pap. On returning home I opened my order only to find out that my Gravy was missing. As this has happened a few times at the KFC before with different orders I even asked the lady attending to me if everything was correct. Her response was YES as she repeated my order! This I felt no need to check my order as other cars were behind me.
I just don't understand how this KFC can keep forgetting items from orders. The cost involved in me having to drive back just to get gravy and other sides which keep getting forgotten is not worth it. yes a lot of times my order is fine but a lot of times its not.
