We have had the privilege of experiencing food contamination at the Queens-burgh Wimpy in Malvern Shopping Centre. We had; had our breakfast there Sunday morning 02/02/2014. My girl-friend since then has been sick with induced vomiting; Diarrhoea and fever. Our family doctor confirms food contamination and since Wimpy Queens-burgh was her last meal; it is obvious of the source. This was contaminated due to mis-handling or poor hygiene of the staff. She had not been able to attend work for the past week due this awful experience. I ask WIMPY to ensure that their staff are better trained and handling of all foods be done so according to correct handling processes. This has definitely occurred due to lack of training or insufficient training or improper staff. I ask that you immediately take some action on this incident. WIMPY this is totally unacceptable and totally irresponsible of WIMPY as a brand we trusted and knew. Patrons of Queens-burgh be aware of the WIMPY in Malvern Shopping Centre. I have lost all trust and confidence in the WIMPY brand. South Africans be-aware of WIMPY with their poor handling/poorly trained staff/bad hygiene disciplines and contaminated Food.
