My family and I frequent the KFC Phoenix Plaza and when ever we are served by Ruishka (hope the name is spelt right) we always have the most professional and excellent service when compared to staff at any other KFC I have ever visited. The most recent experience was when we had to wait about 10 minutes for chicken due to the rush hour and with this young lady's great attitude we actually didn't mind the wait. seriously look at using this staff member to train other staff.
