Went to the Cresta Nandos on Sunday morning. Staff was chatting and ignored us for several minutes before taking an order. After sitting down and noticing that the place smelled vaguely of vomit (or old, stinky foot - couldn't tell), we waited for a long while although we could see our order was ready. Eventually had to get up ourselves to go fetch the food - staff finally woke up and brought it over. The food was DISGUSTING - chips cold, chicken so old that the meat was grey.
We are regular Nandos customers and know to expect better - I'm sad to say that this was very off-putting and that I won't be returning to Nandos any time soon.
