We went to Fahrenheit to have a nice dinner and it was our first time at the restaurant. The reception services was excellent, but as the night progressed it just became something out of a horror movie. When we placed our Starter order we where informed that we need to place everything all at once as the kitchen is closing at 21:45, we placed our order as I placed our Starter we were also informed that I cannot have the Haloumi Cheese as I want it as they only do it one way. Which I said was fine, so the starters arrive, no garnish no lemon, and the small pieces of cheese they could have kept for themselves, we did inform the manager Rudi, he said he will fix it, the starters came back better than the first time round. Mains was served, wrong meat in the wrong plate, no sour cream, just a piece of meat in a plate with a baked potato in the corner, the over all taste of the food was bland, the meat was tough, it was an over all BAD experience. Then no dessert came even though we did order. The managers response when I said I did not get my dessert as ordered, O then make up for it and come back again and then have it. I think this attitude towards customers and his business is BAD!
