On Saturday I stood in the queue for 53minutes as only 1 till was open out of 5. What I do not understand is that behind the counter is packed with staff barely able to move but all just socialising while one person is trying to serve a queue that is beginning to spiral outside the store.
Its Saturday afternoon at month end, surely management is aware of the expected volumes... but I suppose when you see 2people, who I assume are managers (dressed in white shirts) standing at the back of the kitchen clearly having a social conversation for the entire time I am in the queue it is easy to understand why their staff display such lack of service.
Once served& another 20minutes of waiting, I was highly disappointed at the quality of the food. Tomato was well past expiry date &grossly old, the tiny drop of sauce in the middle of the burger is just pointless.
I now understand why people were leaving the queue; such a long wait for food of poor quality. I learnt my lesson. Thanks for wasting over an hour of my afternoon.
A suggestion - your managers need to manage; this is a place work where they are to provide a service(& decent quality products) -its not a social gathering.
