I ordered a rounder meal, got home and found there was no bottom bun on the rounder. Took the "ROUNDER" apart and found no sauce?? On my wife's rounder there was a piece of lettuce root as big as my thumb. Phoned the branch and they could not give a me a call centre number for a complaint. Eventually found it on a ZINGER WINGS bag as it was not printed on ANY of the other packaging. Tried to get hold of the call centre at 21:40 and got a voicemail that the call centre only operates from 08:00 to 22:00 at night?? No answer and voice mail box is full so they cannot take a message. Phoned the following morning and spoke to LAVIN, she said the branch would get back to me withing 48 hrs... I had to email pics that I took as proof of this... STILL WAITING???
We have a well known franchise in the Garden Route and there is no way that my Franchise Manager would let something like this get pass them. Well done KFC I will show these pics to ALL my friends and tell them about your GREAT SERVICE and FOOD!!!
