Thabazimbi is a small town with only a few fast food outlets. I ordered pizzas three times this year. EVERY TIME it takes at least and hour and a half to get the pizzas. I have to drive to the store to go find out where the pizza is. Tonight i was accused of lying that i did not place a order, only for my to have to show them on their own computer when i ordered. When the delivery guys dock up at my house they don't even have the decency to get out of the car to deliver the pizzas, and never have change, so it is up to the customer to sort that out .. According to the store staff there is no manager for the store, and there is nothing i can do to speak to a supervisor. I really like debonairs pizza, but i will think twice before ordering there again. I just want to be treated like a client and with respect. I pay a premium price for the food
