On monday 27 Jan we went to spur for burger night at n1 city mall. Before that, my mom phoned them to ask if we can make bookings and then we were told that we not allowed to make bookings. We arrived at spur around 6pm for my brothers birthday to have burger night. We were then told that we must put our names on the waiting list. All the tables were full except one. The one table had space for over 10 people and there was no one sitting there. We were 7 people waiting for over 40 minutes for a table. Before that, we have been complaining to the people taking names for the tables that we have been waiting for so long. On that note, not only were we not allowed to make bookings but some people had made bookings and went straight to their table. We were told that bookings are not allowed so why do some customers get booking preferences and some not. We then left and went to mikes kitchen and had the best supper. Will never sit my foot in any spur ever again.
