On the 31 of January 2014 13:30, I called this store to place an order for delivery, I love steers burgers hence I always order from them and for the fact that they deliver for free no matter how much you order is. This driver always deliver my food, and I always have to give them direction where I am.
First of all you need to upgrade your system so that customers wont have to explain themselves all the time. After placing and order 5 minutes after they called me to give them address again, and i told the guy that he must cancel my order cause I am tired of giving my address. Then the driver came to deliver my food and I was going to take it for the fact that he drove all the way to deliver my food, but then he gave me an attitude. I wont go into details but I sent him back with the food... Please improve service in this store and FIRE that drive, cause I will never place orders on that branch. NEVER
