On 25/01/2014 Me and a friend went to spur in the evening. when we arrived the waiters stood there like we were invisible. We walked in, looked around all lost because we didn't't know where the smoking section is, and still we were ignored. I went to the front counter and asked where the smoking section was the waiters continued to ignore me and said nothing. Me and my friend walked around and found it outside. Went in and took our seats and still no one came to us. after a couple of cigarettes a man dressed in black uniform came to us and asked if we had been helped? we told him Not yet! he said he will get someone. a few moments later a waitress came and said she was knowing off so someone else will help us then she gave us menus. at this point we had been in this restaurant for over 30 minutes.
and again we waited and waited until i got fed up and asked my friend to go. as we were leaving one waited jumped up and said can i take your order? I was not interested at this point then we walked out. it was not busy at all and we could see the waiter just sitting there doing nothing clearly our money is not good enough there. we went to Dros and got good service.
