On the 24/01/2014 I called Nandos Sandton City to place a take away delivery order, I ordered a quarter chicken, chips and a roll, on many previous occasions and when my delivery came it was always cold and no butter was given, I specifically told the guy who took down my order that the last time I ordered what had happened and also mentioned that they should not forget the butter, Eventually when my meal was delivered to me, once again no butter, my chips were ice cold and so was the chicken. Is this the type of service Nandos give to there delivery order. This is really unacceptable.
