Hello. It saddens me to have to write about this. I don't think I have ever seen it in my life. Growing up, when we went out to a restaurant, one expects expert service and to be in an environment that is about being excellent. At Pannarotis in the Glen, my family and I were put off by the waiters and cleaning staff that sat down at the empty customers tables (in plain view of all) to eat their own meals and also used the tables to casually sit at instead of standing to welcome new customers, or walking around to see if anyone needed help. I felt like the customer/staff line was so blurry that there was no respect for the paying customers who are the only ones supposed to sit there (at least during working hours). I also understand that staff should eat in the back or only after hours in the restaurant, when customers can't see them. It just seemed that they were lazy, and that management did not demand a level of excellence from the staff when it comes to restaurant etiquette. I won't go back there again.
