Incompetent behaviou

Today me and my mom decided to go out for lunch to celebrate my birthday, as we travelled from siyabuswa to Marble hall to have lunch at wimpy, we were extremely disappointed by the attitude of the manager. we bought take-away's but as we were waiting for the take-away we decided to have milkshakes. however, after paying for the pill as we walk out the door the paper bag was torn underneath and all the food went to the floor due to the fact that paper bag was wet underneath. after the accident I asked for the manager and I was appalled by the response I received. I QUOTE " THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU, IT HAPPENED OUTSIDE THE SHOP". First this woman was talking to me while shouting and secondly I went back to look for my receipt and I asked for her name. she answered " DO YOU ALSO WANT MY CELL NUMBER? " all this was happening while she was shouting, I could not even hear what she was saying. I decided to walk out and fetch my phone so she can provide me with her boss numbers, when I came back the door was locked. I was stunned by the woman behaviour. she lacks people skills and her incompetent behaviour is ruining the corporate image of wimpy.
