On Wednesday 18 September. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 takeaways from steers at The Colony center in Hyde park! We ordered 2 beef burger combos with a coke and one fanta. One of the beef burgers were suppose to have no garnish of which the lady repeated my order. Our order no. was no.58. it took them half an hour to make the food and that was because i had to start complaining as they were already calling out orders for no. 64 to 68 and i still had not received my order! The cashier at the counter started giving me attitude and saying that it was coming and that they had apparently our order! How hard is it to make 2 simple beef burgers??? after much complaining and really BAD attitude from the staff, we received our order only 45 minutes later to find that they had put garnish in one of the burgers! Do you not train your staff or do they not understand the concept of fast food and time management skills? Perhaps ypur whole staff need to go back to school and learn what the manners are!! I went back to complain and get a refund, to not even get an apology! I worked in a fast food industry myself and have never treated a customer in this disgusting manner!
