Terrible service

I ordered a simple chicken salad sandwich on their website at 11:00.
At 11:45 I received a mail stating that the order had been processed.
I called the branch at 14:30 to find out whats happening with the order only to be told they have no idea what im talking about and that they have no recollection of my order.
It is now 14:50 and still no delivery.
Will not EVER order from Sandwich Baron EVER again!
