Primi delivers pathetic service again!

A friend had a farewell party on 28 April 2013 at Primi. I was reluctant to go because of a previous bad experience at this franchise which i also report on this site. True to my expectation the service was pathetic. We sat outside and asked for the blind to be lowered- it took about 20min of repeated asking before something was done. We waited even longer for the meal to arrive. I asked the waitress, Khagiso if I could please speak to the manager but after asking twice he/she still has not come to inquire what I had an issue with. In all fairness the waitress cannot be held responsible for the supposed delay in the kitchen or the non response of the manager (if she indeed told him/her) but the oblivion to service is sad. The meal was very tasty and it is sad that I am unlikely to ever eat at Primi, Bloemfontein again because the lack of interest and professionalism far outweighs the food. Primi Bloemfontein taints the brand image of Primi Piatti.
