Poor Service at Primi Melrose Arch

Went to Primi on Saturday for dinner as the previous week I enjoyed a brilliant pasta at the Eastgate branch.

The Recco was NOT the same as the Eastgate branch, very disappointing AND we did not get bread as usual and the waiter had 'forgotten' my wifes drink order.

When I questioned this later I was told that he had forgotten.

All the staff seemed more interested in the soccer than serving up what was paid for.

So in future I will simply not visit Primi Melrose Arch
