I visited your branch in Kenilworth Centre yesterday. I ordered a Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni take out and was helped by Billy.
Firstly, I was not given any cutlery or serviettes to accompany my take out. When I requested these, I was told "I'm sure you have cutlery at home." Who is he to have such an attitude with me?! He cannot assume where and how I am going to eat my meals and least of all give me that attitude when I request for something that should be standard courtesy.
Secondly, I took photos of my order. This is not a full portion. There was only one layer of cannelloni and the tub was half filled! When I complained to Billy about this, he insisted that this was the Panarottis standard. I disbelieve that as I have had this many a time and have never had something in such a small portion.
Billy's attitude was disgusting and as I customer I deserve better service and products.
