I've recently had 2 very very bad experiences with muchachos food in the space of 5 days.
The first instance was at the store in greenstone mall.
I ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and chips as a take away.
When I got home I found the burger had no cheese and the chips were extremely stale.
I didn't do anything about it because I was starving.
The second incident occurred this afternoon.
I order a chicken burger with cheese and chips to be delivered to me at my place of work.
This time I ordered from the store in Oakland's.
Cheese was in the burger this time, however the chips were inedible.
These chips had been fried so many times that there was nothing on the inside. Just a stale outer shell
Previously when my husband and I complained about the stale food at the Kelvin Store, nothing was done about it and after these two horrific experiences, rest assured I will never order Muchachos again, and I will advise EVERYONE I KNOW, to do the same.
