Visited milky lane durban beach front only to be told to wait for service 15min later after we had to ask for service again to be helped we then ordered a ice cream of which they had no small cups but the waitress was so busy with nothing to even answer us. When the rest of the order did come the glass was so dirty as if it had been dipped in ice cream and not washed. The manager did not even apologise just walked away with the order. What terrible service and filth.
