My wife and I went to Spur for our anniversary as she felt like a cheddamelt steak on the 11 Jan 14.
We sat down and ordered our respective meals. My wife's steak was ordered medium.
Our meals arrived and her steak was raw, it was sent back to be rectified.
In the interim I carried on eating my ribs. The steak arrived back as I was finishing up my meal.
She cut the steak and it was cooked medium as requested in the beginning. As she was cutting her steak for her second bite. Behold a hair. She was so disgusted she nearly threw up.
The manageress came "Dedre or Denise" cant really recall. She tried to explain the situation away. I was not happy at all. it was removed from my bill and we left.
Our waitress disappeared as she was to disgusted and embarrassed to return after seeing her at the door before leaving.
Later I ended up buying KFC for my wife.
Thank you Spur for ruining my anniversary!!!
