I posted my complaint on the 28th of December and I received a call same day. The guy I spoke to said the matter will/would be escalated to the manager at the store where not only did I get poor service but expired food. I received a letter confirming my complaint and my ref number. It's been a month and seven days to be exact and still not feedback. I called the Customer Service Line and I was told that correspondence takes about 3 weeks. Whatever that means. KFC has really left a bad taste in my mouth like the old food they sold me. I do not want anything to do with them. KFC has shown me what their level of standards of customer service. I work hard for my money and now I know never to waste it at any KFC. Disappointed and disgusted!!!
