Poor service

On the 4th of January 2014 i called wimpy ballito lifestyle to order breakfast. i ordered 2 meals. a double up and a mixed grill. i ordered extra toast for the mixed grill because it does not come with toast. i picked up the meal and when i got back to work, i realised that there was no extra toast for my meal. i was charged for the extra toast. i phoned the branch to lay a complaint. i spoke to the manager (Eric) and he refused to assist me. he said that there was nothing he could do about it. i eventually ate my meal without the toast. i cannot believe what poor service i have received from wimpy. i will not be going back there ever again.
