On the 30th of December 2013 I took my maid out to lunch for her birthday to the Spur in Sunward Park.( It was her first time ever going to a restaurant). As we came in the door, waitresses was sitting around looking at us if we came from another planet and no one asked us if they can help, so I asked the one lady if we could have a table for two in the non-smoking area.
She took us to a table and said our waiter will be with us now. After we waited for about 10 minutes, I stood up and walked to the front and asked if we could get service.
A waitress came to our table and asked what would we like to drink. I asked her if she could just first clean our table. She just looked at me and turned around and walked away.
Again I stood up and walked to the front after about 5 mins waiting, and asked if I could speak to the manager. The one waitress said she'll call the manager and took our drinks order and eventually the manager came. I told him what happened, he said he would attend to our table.
I never saw him again. Our food came and I didn't get what I've ordered and had to clean the table myself. Very poor, and unfriendly service - very disappointing!!
