On 26/12/2013 around 5pm I received the poorest service ever, firstly when I get there the speedpoints were'nt working but was fine for the 3 customers before me, secondly i was told that there's no chicken i need to wait 60min or come back! i insisted to be given food as there was pieces on the tray, but apparently nothing for a burger, or wrap or kids pops and the guy at the till looked annoyed for being at work and was assisting me with bad attitude. He went around the back to inform the manager that there's a complaining client but when the manager came around she was also less interested as she did'nt even say a word to me and fiddled with the till. I said that they can expect a complaint as this is TERRIBLE for such a big company and drove off. I will not go to a KFC again. i can write a book on the events that transpired that night some touching food with their hands but due to character limitations all i can say KFC Pretoria North is giving the KFC group a bad name
