I went to the restaurant with my friend, I ordered chicken strips with rice (Mild Flavor) and she ordered chicken strips with vegies (Lemon & Herb Flavor). When the order was delivered my friend was given MILD even though she ordered lemon and Herb. On my side the rice portion was unacceptable, the strips were also not acceptable (the manager Colbert even agreed). The waitress took the food inside the Kitchen and returned the food, now everything was fine. The waiter showed me the order receipt to confirm if its what I ordered and I confirmed. After that the Waitress started insulting me in a rude way, telling me that its not all orders she should write down, she uses her brain e.t.c she went on forgetting that I am a customer, I lost my appetite and called the manager, told him to take my food as I lost appetite and could not eat and I was not gonna pay for that. Then she gave me a fake apology just to get by... I ordered 2 more cans of cold drink, now she brought them, next thing she just came and put a Bill on my table, I never asked for a bill and that is indirectly telling me to leave the restaurant. Khakhu never smiled, she was rude, never asked if we were ok, she insulted me
