About six months ago I complained about KFC's shoddy service at Banbury Crossing. I want to thank the manager there for contacting me and offering my wife and I free meals as compensation.
However two visits later and they were back to their old tricks so we decided to boycott that KFC altogether. We went the other way and now visit KFC Hans Strijydom Ferndale.
Well, it was not much better. We ordered our Tower Rounder Meals and requested two sachets of honey and mustard sauce. Despite two staff members confirming that the honey and mustard sauce was there, when we arrived home there was no honey and mustard sauce! Of course I was charged for it and paid for it!
We really like KFC's Tower Rounders but the service we receive (no matter where we go it seems) is simply dismal!
