Both my husband and I ordered medium steaks. His came 10 minutes before I received my meal. And when I received my steak it wasn't even what I had asked for. Michelle never asked to refill our drinks let alone apologise for bringing my meal late. When she finally came back to bring my refill, she didn't ask if we were happy with our meals. I asked her to take tue steak back as it was not medium. I was then attacked by her manager who made it look like I didn't know what I wanted or know what medium is.
