I've been standing for longer than 20 minutes waiting for service!!! When I spoke to the manager about the bad why they are handling the queue, and that people that come in after us were help before us she start screaming at me (in front of all the other customers). I've asked her for her surname because I want to report her she simply walked away and refuse to speak to me!!! I will not let she speak to me in that manner again and I hope that this WILL result in action being taken agains such bad service!!! If Dorah that is the store manager can behave like this no wonder the service and food is so bad!!! I really HOPE that this will get attended asap!!!
