My husband and I had bought Mochachos yesterday and was served a quarter chicken which still had FEATHERS on it!!! When we told the store manager she said 'unfortunately these things happen' she also claims to have been busy, but we were the only customers there... you can check the cameras, further more she said the owner will call us but he did not. PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM THIS BRANCH THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DIRTY!!!
