I ordered Pizza as i usually do from Debonairs telephonically as its that time of year that there isn't really time to make food when one gets home so its mostly convenient BUT if you are assisted in the way I was last night, You would really consider-WHAT IS THE BETTER ALTERNATIVE! I mean I called in at 6.51pm after a long days work, was greeted by Gaynor who I am not sure if she was experiencing a bad day but she took down my order very hastily and advised me that the order would be delivered in an hour plus. I put down the phone in good faith that this would be the case (TO MY UTTER DISMAY AND DISSAPOINTMENT) I had to call BACK and was greeted by the same lady who seemed to be in a worse mood than before and told me very rudely and in a matter of a fact way that MY PIZZAS HAS left already. She didn't even bother to hear me out and just continued the same thing also the Pizzas (when it finally arrived) was cold and HARD!! AS the DOT was BLACK on all of them!! HORRIBLE SERVICE and STINKING ATTITUDES!!! Definitely NOT ADHERING to their 40minute policy or FREE!!! My family was FORCED to EAT THIS HORRIBLE MEAL!!
