Myself and a group of friends went to Moyo on Sunday 15 Dec at around 19h30 for 20h00 we had a booking. The experience would be one i would like to put behind me. From the girl who painted our faces asking for a tip, to the poor selection and quality of food. I am highly peeved, no management presence at all!!!
Maybe your establishment takes it for granted that tourists will keep coming in and deal with poor quality of service, what about the hard working people from our country that spends our hard earned money? I eat regularly at restaurants and do not mind paying for meals or tipping to well deserving service professionals.The waiters are too interested in socializing than providing a service to the guests. The noise level in the main tent was almost unbearable, but mainly because of your staff talking to loudly to each other. Our table went for a smoke at one point, and the waitress came running looking for us, another sign of no presence by the staff. If the waiter is at the table then she would have known where we were going, we do not need to be chased after and thought to be trying to stiff a bill!! Since when does milk get served in an espresso cup for coffee? Really...
