I went to McDonalds Winchester Hills, (JHB), South Africa around 7pm on Tuesday.
I ordered 2 Big Mac Medium meals, a cheese burger, and a chicken burger.
I paid R93.80 using my debit card.
I took my packet and the drinks and went home.
When i got home i checked the packet and realised that there were 2 packets of fries, 2 junior burgers and a big mac burger. THE SECOND BIG MAC BURGER FOR THE OTHER MEAL WAS NOT THERE.
I was extremely disappointed and frustrated that they gave me an incomplete order. i live 10km's from that Mcdonalds and to have to drive back at 8pm for a burger was just impossible. i would have wasted my own petrol because of the staff's incompetence. To make it worse she did not even give me my receipt back, of which i thought she might have put in my packet before i left.
This is totally unacceptable.
