My family of 5 had lunch at Topeka spur, the waiter was quite fine but the food took a while to come from the kitchen. Our food was cold therefore we didn't finish any of our meals and boxed it up to take it home. I didn't touch my meal at all, I had it boxed up before they could even put the plate on the table. I was not the only customer that complained about slow service, there was another customer that walked out because she waited too long for her meal. When I got home to have my meal the ribs was terrible and burnt. I have never before had a problem with this Spur but I definitely didn't get my money's worth. The food overall was not up to Spur standard. I would understand if the restaurant was full but it was not so I don't understand why the food would take that long. I don't plan to go back there any time soon.
