I went to the Hard Rock Cafe this past long weekend 15th December 2013. I just wanted to let you know i was highly disappointed with the customer service offered.
Drink orders took forever, they were never delivered correctly, either short of 2 or 3 drinks or with the incorrect order.
The food platters ordered for R190-00 were highly disappointing and the amount you pay for them i expected way more than was arrived at my table.
The management of tables was shocking, we were moved around constantly and when we eventually got a table outside a waiter came and tried to take this table for someone else.
I did not let this happen and gave the waiter a piece of my mind when i told him to remove himself from my table and to learn a thing or two about customer service.
We spent in excess of R5000-00 rand that night at this establishment due to the exorbitant pricing of drinks and food and we pushed aside by waiters and management constantly.
I will not return to this establishment ever again!!!
