I ordered the half chicken and chips from the menu at wimpy. Our food took longer than 30 min to be prepared and I assumed it was the chicken that is taking so long. When the food was served I noticed that the chicken does not look like it usually does at wimpy. It was drenched in dark sauce. The first bite I took I realised that it was a completely frozen half chicken. FROZEN SOLID!!! The mangers response: "Sorry sir I do not know what to say, I am so disappointed."
What bothers me more is to find out that wimpy does not freshly prepare their food. It is obvious that they grilled the chicken and then put it in the freezer. How long to they keep it in the freezer?
