About two weeks ago I went through the drive through, after a long wait I ordered a 5 piece meal as well as a Hawaiian burger, I paid with a R200 note. When I got to the pick-up window I realized but i was given a R100 short and my order was placed wrong. I had to pay in a R6 just to get the burger I originally wanted. I went inside and and explained what has happened to a cashier and asked for the manager on duty. After a ridiculously long wait the cashier returned and put a new slip and my change infront of me with the burger I ordered not saying anything. I asked her where her manager was and the manager eventually came to speak to me. I explained the situation and what has happened and while trying to get a proper answer out of her she blatantly turned around and walked away while completely ignoring me. I walked out and contacted their customer service hotline where i was apologized to and was told the area manager would contact me within 3 days maximum... it has been over a week and not as much as attempt has been made to contact me. This has not been the first time I have had problems with this particular branch but this is the first time I have decided to speak about it.
