We ordered an Egg McMuffin Meal and a Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal from McDonalds in Mayville. We received the Egg McMuffin meal and the Sausage Egg McMuffin was marked as a Sausage Egg McMufin on the outer package but when we opened it, it had no egg. This has happened numerous times now and you pay much more for the Sausage Egg McMuffin than just the Sausage McMuffin. This is ridiculous and we were on the highway already so could not return it. I took photo's of the slip and the McMuffin. I am so disappointed with this service.
