On Rodizio's website it advertises a birthday special for R150 a head for min of 10 people and the birthday girl eats free. I phoned in to book for my birthday tomorrow and was told that special ended in October, it is now R175 a head for everybody in a table of 10 or more. Paula then sends me an email with the set menu for R175. I then send out my invites and book my table for 15 people. I then get a response from Paula saying the table is booked but the set menu is R270 per head. I could not except this as most of my friends were now cancelling because of this new cost. I asked Paula if she could honour her first price as my plans were made around that. I then get a response saying they are fully booked anyway. My family have thrown many big party's there, including 2x 21sts so to get this type of service from them is disgusting. Firstly if it's on your website it should be honoured but I didn't even ask for that I asked for the quote I received yesterday to be honoured as I booked my table yesterday based on that price.
