Ordered food to be delivered at 12h00 and at 12h50 the driver was apparently waited more then 20 minutes for me at our reception area where they tried getting hold of me for 20 minutes which is absolute bull dust as I was away from my desk for less then 5 minutes. Reception advised that the driver was there they phoned once and he said he can't wait he'll go make the other deliveries and come back. Waited a while as I thought the driver would come back as he said but he never did. Phoned Steers and spoke to the manager Xolani Dube who advised that they do not have a driver as he's out delivering and that the drivers have a 10 minute waiting time as they cannot wait longer than that and that the driver cannot come back twice to the same building to deliver food as it's petrol wasting. I mean you are there to deliver a service!!! I was utterly disgusted in Steers for being able to render such BAD Service! The driver has a waiting time of 10 minutes but they leave in less then 5 minutes and refuses to deliver your food.
