Went for dinner after my 2-year old's play. Decided on the FAMILY restaurant Dros -!?
Had to wait for food, when starters arrived, no follow up by waiter, we needed olive oil and black pepper. Plus garlic bread was burnt!
Took forever to place order for mains cause waiter went AWOL?
Eventually placed order. Waited over 40 minutes for food, after we had to ask manager (who also took another 10min to arrive).
Eventually received dinner (burgers, which in any case takes 15Min to prepare). Only to discover that food was stone cold... Got hold of waiter, sent back food and told manager that we refuse to pay. When manager brought the bill... he told us that the waiter was DRUNK???
I will never support any Dros restaurant!!!
PLEASE note DROS does NOT qualify as a FAMILY restaurant as they have DRUNK waiters!!!???
