I had a compliant about this Spur (Getting sick after eating there food) the last time I visited them. The owner promised to look after me the next time I would visit. This past Monday (about a month later) I made that visit. Expecting great service and food, I received the most pathetic service ever!! We were 6 people. I went to the Spur around 17:00. I requested a table near play area, because my son wants to play. At that time the spur was not busy and they had about 5 tables open by the play area. The manager denied my request, saying that all those tables were booked. I then asked if they are booked because of a child's birthday party, and she said NO. They were booked by different people!!! WHAT!!! Sins when does Spur do bookings and especially on Burger night (Monday nights)!! They refused me to sit there!!! I left and went to Tygervalley spur whom looked after me. They lost business for 6 people and they could not care less!!! Even with me getting a free meal, I refused to stay!!! I left a message with the manager that the owner must call me, and the owner NEVER called me. Even Tygervalley spur said that they do not book seats!!! Pathetic!! Thumbs up to Tygervalley
