I am very dissapointed with the service I received. I went to a McDonalds in Hillfox and ordered a grand chicken ranch because i'm not a fan of hot/spicy food. They in turn gave me a grand chicken spicy burger made with very stale rolls and melted cheese meaning they had just microwave warmed it and that this was something someone else ordered then later cancelled the order. It is even clearly on the receipt that I ordered a ranch not spicy. They then decided to give that stale burger to me because it was a drive-thru purchase and they knew that the chances of me checking my order were very slim considering the time. I dont appreciate the fact that my meal was not freshly prepared for me while I wait and would like something to be done.
