Yesterday we bought two new burgers for R47.90 at Steers in Klerksdorp at the Engen next to the Checkers Centre. I was very dissapointed when I got home to find that not only was the burgers dry with hardly any sauce, but the patties were overdone to a point there the were hard and tasteless. I didnt even taste any meat. Was like eating cardboard. The chips were also oily, and obviously our family were sick afterwards. This was not the first time this happened, but I had enough. You guys always say in your commercials how saucy your burgers are and great your chips are, but we didn't get any of that. I always loved Steers but not any more. And I will make sure my complaint is heard, even if I have to go to head office. Somebody is not doing their job.
